E-Verify & Right to Work
Statpick Staffing participates in the federal E-Verify program. The notices below explain what E-Verify means for you as an employee or applicant, and your rights during the employment eligibility verification process.
Statpick Staffing participates in E-Verify. After you accept a job offer and complete Form I-9, we submit your Form I-9 information to the federal government to confirm you are authorized to work in the United States. E-Verify is never used to pre-screen applicants. If E-Verify cannot immediately confirm your work authorization, you will receive written instructions and the opportunity to resolve the issue before any action is taken.
